Hundreds of spectators line the streets to watch the colourful street parade during the Drouin Ficifolia Festival. The crowd then wind their way down to Party in the Park.
Musical entertainment, fun activities and hot food and drinks all add to the carnival-like atmosphere. An added attraction is the wide variety of market stalls in the park. These range from bric- a - brac, body products, gifts, plants, toys and homemade jewellery.
The Ficifolia Festival committee are currently seeking expressions of interest from stall holders who wish to participate in this vibrant event on Saturday 13 February 2010. |
